Pricing and offers shown on this website are indicative and may change; the final agreed price is confirmed directly with you.
3. Course Enrollment
Submitting the enrollment form reserves your interest in a course; it does not guarantee a seat until confirmed by our team and any required payment is completed. Course fees, schedules, and refund terms are communicated directly at the time of enrollment.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created for a client (code, designs, content) are transferred to the client upon full payment. The Five Star Solution name, logo, and this website's design remain our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.
5. Portfolio & Case Studies
We may showcase apps, websites, and designs we've built as portfolio examples on this site, unless a client has requested confidentiality.
6. Limitation of Liability
We aim to deliver reliable, high-quality work, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of software, websites, or designs we deliver, beyond what is agreed in a specific project contract.
